Autumn Wellness Tips

Support yourself and your family as we transition from the summer season to fall!

Here are some tips to consider:

  • Stay hydrated. Drink lots of pure water with some electrolytes.

  • Get adequate sleep.

  • Spend time in nature. This helps us to stay grounded.

  • Let go of old thoughts and things. Just like a spring cleaning, you can make time to do some fall cleaning!

  • Keep warm. Avoid drafts of cold air.

  • Keep active. Go for a walk or take a dance class! Have some fun while you get moving.
